2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and participate in games on bkkbd, users must be at least 21 years of age. Identity documents or relevant proof may be requested at any time for age verification. Providing a false age may result in account suspension or closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Creating an account using multiple identities or another person's identity is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All personal information provided at registration — name, mobile number, payment details — must be true and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified promptly. Providing false information may result in account closure and funds being withheld.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is not allowed. If you notice any suspicious activity, inform our support team immediately.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet).
Once a deposit is processed, the account balance will be updated.
Funds deposited into the account may only be used for approved gaming activities.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
The standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used during account registration.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bkkbd offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. However, even if ৳16,000 or more is deposited, the bonus is capped at ৳15,000, making the total balance ৳31,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer may have its own separate terms.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used to play games.
- No more than one bonus offer will be active at the same time.
- bkkbd reserves the right to close accounts if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
- bkkbd has the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.
4.4 VIP Program
bkkbd's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate: up to 0.4% for Bronze, 0.8% for Silver, 1.1% for Gold, and 1.5% for Platinum. VIP tiers and benefits are subject to change and bkkbd reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
5.1 General User Responsibilities
Every user of bkkbd is required to comply with the following:
- Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
- Report any unauthorised transactions on your account to support immediately.
- Do not exploit any technical limitations of the platform.
- Treat other users with respect.
5.2 Strictly Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Engaging in money laundering or unlawful financial activities.
- Using bots, automation software, or any kind of hacking tools.
- Exploiting or abusing system bugs or errors.
- Operating accounts under multiple identities with the intent to abuse the bonus system.

6. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Assets
6.1 Ownership
All content on the bkkbd platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, databases, and all media assets — is under the exclusive intellectual property rights of bkkbd. Users may not use, copy, modify, or distribute these assets for any commercial purpose.
6.2 Third-Party Content
bkkbd features games from various game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights of these games belong to the respective providers, and their own terms and conditions apply.
